All sales are final. All of our items are handmade and made to order, just for you. Since each piece is uniquely made for the client, we are not able to take it back or resell it. We do, however send pictures and communicate with our clients throughout the process so you know exactly what your dress looks like before final payment and shipping.
We can make gowns from your exact measurements. Please contact us for a tutorial on how to take your measurements. We recommend you have someone help you measure yourself. There might still be a need for alterations, though we try to get the fit as close as humanly possible and leave extra length so that seams can be let out easily by your local seamstress or tailor. If you gain or lose weight after production, we can not be responsible for fit. I.e. don't crash diet before your wedding--your significant other loves you as is and you are awesome, so you be you. ;)
